A: We supply gray iron and ductile(SG) iron Castings, as well as machined parts for a wide range of industries.
 
Q: What material standards can you offer? (GG25, etc) 
A: Grey iron:GG20,GG25,GG30 
Ductile iron:GGG40,GGG50,GGG60,GGG70
 
Q: What about your casting accuracy?
A: Different casting, different requirement. For some Castings, we can achieve CT8 according to standard of ISO8062:1994.
 
Q: What weight per item can you do? 
A: 0.5KGS-1500KGS
 
Q: What"s the max size of item (mm * mm * mm)?
A: 2000*2000*1500mm
 
Q: Do you offer painting of items or powder coating?
A: Yes, we also supply galvanized finish, chemical blacken finished, powder coated finish, painted finish,anodizing et. according to the customers requirements.
 
Q: Can you do machining of items? (inhouse or subcontracting?)
A:Yes, we do. Mostly are inhouse and others are subcontracting.
 
Q: What"s your total production capacity? (tonnes/year)
A: About 5,000-8000tons/year
 
Q: Do you make patterns? (inhouse or subcontracting?)
A: Yes, we do by subcontracting. We have several partners make the patterns/moulds by 3D designs and CNC machining to ensure the patterns" precision.
 
Q: What do you need to make a quotation?
A: To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:
   1. 2D drawings /3D model data files or actual samples.
   2. The quantity of products you are going to make.
 
Q: What programs can you accept from our company?
A: Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF,.PDF, IGES, Pro/E, Master Cam and most commonly used formats.
 
Q: How long does it take to have products?
A: It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. We will give you approximate delivery time in quotation.
 
Q: Do you design the products?
A: Product designs and drawings are normally provided by the customer. But we can also support you engineeringly based on your ideas or actual samples if you need.
 
Q: Can you supply completed parts?
A: Yes, when extra details such as plating, anodizing, powder coating etc are required we co-ordinate with our existing sub contractors who specialize in their given field. We can therefore offer a one stop shop with only one account.

A: We have an established quality system, committed to customer satisfaction and continual improvement. All our products are subjected to in-process inspections at various stages of production by well-trained and qualified operators.
