We have a dedicated quality department that strives towards continuous improvements in all aspects of our organisation. We have strict quality procedures in place to ensure that from receipt of enquiry to quotation, through planning and production to inspection, to packing and dispatch, that your order will be handled in a professional manner and will have full traceability from start to finish.

Our quality control relies on total quality management and statistical process control programs in all stages of manufacturing. All of the products are subject to strict in-house inspection relied on total quality management (TQM) and extensive statistical process control (SPC) programs. Certified to ISO 9002, our QC operation is supported by an array of inspection equipment including hardness checking, profile projector, standard gauges, salt fog testing, standard impact, tensile tests, CMM inspection, radiographic, penetration inspection, physical property testing and metallurgical analysis inspection, which ensures quality to meet or exceed customer’s expectations.

Our professional engineers go to our cooperating factories every week to supervise the quality control, and inspect the quality before every shipment。 We don’t allowed any defective parts to be sent out.

In 2006, SKB Casting foundry Ltd successfully passed UKAS quality assurance inspection to ISO 9001:2008 for the manufacture and distribution of grey iron castings, ductile iron castings, taper bushes and other power transmission parts.
